Day 24.........I think.

3 Girls and 4 Suitcases.

So, it's Saturday......well, it's actually just gone into Sunday, so this is a wee bit late but we just got back from dropping Andrew off at his place, after he'd spent some time with us at ours.
We went to Oakville to see him play rugby (a narrow defeat) and then we went for dinner, did some shopping, came home and set up the new TV and watched a wee movie on Netflix on it. Lovely family time-just not enough comfy seats. Andrew was a bit bashed so we decided we'd save him the hrs journey via transport and gave ourselves an hours round-trip in our rented car (which we needed to get us to Oakville)
We have the car for 2 days and so we may go to Niagara Falls tomorrow because we haven't been there for a few years. Ali can't remember it and it'll be a nice wee day oot.
Walmart shopping is a fab experience-so much of everything in the same place. I got a coffee maker for $20 which is the same make as my kettle and toaster, which have both been great.....so far. We had gone there to look at tv's but got a better bargain in the 'Best Buys' store because we told them that Walmarts tv was $20 cheaper than there's. So, they reduced their price to a couple of bucks below the Walmart one. Good job because Walmart didn't have any left in that store and we had thought we would have to trek to a different one-SCORE!
This blog is going to be short because I'm rather tired after staying up too late last night and then not sleeping very well because I left my pillow downstairs and was too lazy to come back down for it. Silly thing to do but I thought I'd sleep okay.....but did not.
Meditation has been missed today as well-EEK. I will try to do it before going to sleep tonight but I always struggle when it gets this late to stay focussed and awake. I got up early enough but Bill came downstairs right behind me and it kinda knocked me off my routine. Not that I'm complaining.....so glad he's here and was so grateful to him today when he put the girl, who was so unhelpful to me re the bed-returns, in her place.
The 4 pieces of beds that weren't picked up yesterday are now logged in to be picked up.....we just don't know when-ugh. However the store manager and the lady who helped us, at her managers request, were lovely and very helpful. Really funny how some people are so helpful and others (like Miss can't be bothered) are just useless.
Weather was sunny and warm. Alison is complaining of too many 'beasties' downstairs so I may end up living down there. I've only seen one, so I'm not sure whether or not she's exaggerating but we'll get some bug-spray tomorrow and see what we can do. For tonight, her sister told her to go up and sleep with her......and she has.
So that's that-blog for today done.
