Day 128........my wifi on my laptop has disappeared-groan

3 Girls and 4 Suitcases.

After I posted yesterdays blog, my wifi went awal and has not returned. If I stick an ethernet cable into the laptop, I am connected but I have no connections to our wifi. It must be something to do with the laptop because Jens laptop has wifi and so do the phones. Groan. My laptop is newer than Jens so what's the deal?
Yesterday, I took it as a sign that I was supposed to be doing something else, rather than looking at facebook but this morning I am a wee bit irritated by it.
Yesterday, I used some time that I may have been 'surfing' to draw some Angels onto my new business cards, so that was great. I suppose that I have another hundred or so to still add Angels to and I could do it today.....or not.
Yesterday afternoon, I went out for coffee with Mary and I actually managed to sneak in paying for it. She never lets me buy lunch and so a couple of lattes and a piece of banana-cake to share, was not a lot to give. We went to a really nice coffee shop that is in the little plaza where she had suggested I look for steak-pie. It was the nicest Latte that I have had, here and I will be going back because it was also a very cosy, friendly place.
We had a really nice time chatting and then she asked if I'd like to chum her up to pick up Ross who she was taking out for dinner. Enjoying her company and knowing that it's easier for her to have a third person, I was glad to go and I ended up going for a delicious dinner with the two of them. I even had some Pino with my delicious Penne/veg/Rose sauce.
Our waiter reminded me of Manuel from Faulty Towers and he was perhaps a bit too present in his entertaining, even for me.
I didn't get home till after seven-thirty, by which time the girls had gone to buy some Pizza for their dinner. They got home a few minutes after me.
I found that the dining area was a bit disorganised and rearranged because they had been making one of their videos, in my absence. Jen looked gorgeous (not that she doesn't always) because she had let her sister do her make-up and hair. I look forward to seeing the 'production' once it is completed. Their videos are always such fun.
I left them downstairs, enjoying themselves with whatever they were doing together.....yet again. Isn't it funny how the parent can end up being the first one to bed. I love hearing their happy voices as I fall asleep.
Todays weather is supposed to produce snow.......I am waiting....and hoping.
Much love to all,
Lxx
